Calls to the Wisconsin Help Desk are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Wisconsin Help Desk may not be able to resolve your problem at the time of the initial call.
Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be referred to Department of Health Services or
Division of Public Health staff for resolution. These staff are available during normal business hours,
M-F 7AM to 5PM. All reported problems are tracked through resolution with a problem ticket number.
Please make sure to indicate that your problem is related to WE-TRAC, and give as much detail as
possible about the steps you took and any error messages you saw when you encountered the problem.
